I had the pleasure of meeting this young woman previously for headshots when she was with a prestigious company of therapists serving the Woodlands area. Now this bright and compassionate therapist is  venturing out into her own business, and wanted updated headshots for her new self owned company.

Online Media Profiles – The Woodlands Headshot Photographer

Having an online profile, with a professional headshot, is essential in the digital era where businesses are connecting on social media in similar ways to how we connect person to person in our personal lives. From LinkedIn to Instagram, businesses are actively engaging on social media platforms with potential clients and business partners, to tell more about their story.

An important part of this is introducing your business team. With various media profiles, you’ll need to make sure your professional headshot is appropriate for the format. For example, on LinkedIn, the profile space is smaller and round, making it harder to get noticed. For this profile, you’ll want a close up, zoomed in portrait to be recognized. For your headshot session, we’ll make sure to get a flattering close up head/shoulder portrait that will work in this small space.

 

The close up portrait is also good for other social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, and for use on business cards. Outdoor Headshots in the Woodlands

I really enjoy working with other business professionals around the Spring and Woodlands area so I was pleased to meet Lisa Bishop, a real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty in the Woodlands when she came to me for updated headshots. Like many business leaders, Lisa was looking for something a little different than the usual formal studio shot – she wanted her headshots infused with organic  light and around beautiful spring greenery, for a natural feel.  We chose a pretty little spot here in the Woodlands for her headshot portraits, and had a great time chatting about business!
